We are a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to making a positive impact for the student athletes at Wilkinson County School District by blessing them with $5,000 to $10,000 annually in efforts to support their higher education endeavors. The scholarship is awarded annually to student-athletes who are evaluated on the basis of leadership, community service, character, and extracurricular activities. Our mission is to help those in need and make a difference in our schools. Thank you for visiting our website and learning more about our work.
Our organization is built on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and accountability. We believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, and we are committed to using our resources in the most effective and efficient way possible. We encourage each student-athlete to strive for success in their extracurricular activities, academics, citizenship, leadership and community service.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals and volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in student-athletes' lives. We work tirelessly to ensure that our programs and services are meeting the needs of those we assist with scholarships.

Coach, Presiding Elder David L. Moore died September 27, 2014.
Balloons were released at his grave followed with a luncheon afterwards, September 2015. Mr. Billy Pitts and Mrs. Jacqueline Moore discussed a better way to commemorate and honor the achievements and impact that Coach and Presiding Elder, David L. Moore, had in Wilkinson County. The idea of the David L. Moore Scholarship Fund was birth after those discussions. Mr. Pitts and Mrs. Moore went into action to assemble a committee to make the dream come to fruition. Calls, emails, and letters were sent to solicit support of the
David L. Moore Scholarship Fund.
